ORIGINAL POSTHi darthsword, in order to install an icon pack into HeroScribe you will need to extract the relative .zip file inside the HeroScribe folder: that will replace a number of files and update HeroScribe with the new icon pack; if by extracting the .zip file you are asked to overwrite the files, do it and everything will be fine.
If instead you have already replaced those files and HeroScribe is not starting up, than download, copy and extract
this file inside your HeroScribe folder, then run it by double clicking it: it will allow your operating system to give more ram to Java, which probably is the reason why HeroScribe is not running with the icon pack (icon packs come with a large number of icons and requite more time and ram to load).
