Undead

These are the actual undead creatures we are using. The wraith miniatures are from the D&D Boardgame, skeletons and Zombies are WHFB miniatures only the mummies are original HQ.

Again, all miniatures have been painted by my wife "Kelis" and me.

Skeletons:

Zombies:

Mummies:

No, these are orcs from a russian company "Zvezda" with GamesWorkshop Orc heads.

Zvezda is the company that made the "Ring of Rule" game, right?

Hi Flint!

I wish to know where did you buy the furniture that you show in your first picture (the library with the books, the table, the chair or throne). It´s awesome! And your figs are pretty cool. Play with the actual furniture and with the painted minis is a dream for every HQ player.

Sorry if my english is no good.

Thanks for all

Regards!

These are the actual chaos monsters we are using. All miniatures are WHFB miniatures from the actual range.

Gors and Ungors have been painted by me, the chaosknights have been painted by Xarres and the marauders have been painted by Yo-Shi.

Long time no see....lets continue with some special monsters:

Ogre, Gargoyles, Trolls, Demons und Dragons

The ogre miniatures are assembled with bitz from the actual GW ogres. The weaponarms and heads have been glued to the original hq ogre

I like the gargole painted in stone for he is a stone statue:

The trolls are from some boardgame I can't remember in english:

I really like to play the lesser demons because of their flying and fireball rules. Dunno where they come from. Ogre ? You know almost everything....

Also the origin of my dragon is unknown to me.

Also, my new bog raiders are finished. ...to be honest, these new fimirs have been assembled and painted by my beloved wife on the anual german HQ-Meeting. As usual, I'd like to share them with you. This time, I don't wanted them green, because in former times they were not. I searched for a few historical articles an decided, that I want them a bit more brownish. Here they are:

You paint perfectly. I'd like to paint like you. I'd like to find the colour of the fimir's skin.
Congratulations

Wow! This is a real example about how awesome would be to play HQ with new monsters form GW regiments.

I have the same minis that you show in the pictures (Beastmen, orsc & goblins, chaos marauders, chaos Warriors, dragonmen and heros from Reaper minis...) but I still haven't found time enough to paint all of them as you have done.

That will be my project. First goal: no more unpainted minis in my games. Years ago I got this part, but recently I bought about 200 new minis from GW regiments... I have to change my painting style because I use to paint minis "one by one" and I would need more than 200 Sunday afternoons to have all painted as you have yours.

All I can say is... Congratulations...  (hurra)

P.D: Congratulations to your wife for these bog riders (new fimirs). I love them! I would say she paints even better than you do  :).

superjavix, that is correct... she DOES paint better then me  >:D But only single miniatures, because she gets bored after one. I play warhammer and warhemmer 40K... there I have to paint all by myself...

That's what happens to me... I'd like to be more disciplined, that way I could see all my minis finished some day.

I've never dared to paint buildings or vehicles, or terrains or whatever bigger than a single mini  :(

But I'll try...  8)

This WH 40K scenario is awesome  :o. Do you own a hobby shop?

Do you own a hobby shop?

no, not at all. I am part of a wargaming club here in Hamburgo, Allemagna. We make a convention once a year, called the "Hamburgo Tactica" I have a lot of friends with the same hobby. And so we paint together, play together. This 40K Table is a cooperation between 5 different guys. On "Hamburgo Tactica 2010" we played 40K on our table:

https://www.hamburger-tactica.de/tactica/img/fotos_2010/06_wh40k/wh40k.html

But then, all stuff goes to my house. There we meet two times a week. I have a great room full of miniatures and gametables... and take and spend a lot of time with my hobby.
